How much azelastine nasal spray can you use in a day?

People age 12 and older shouldn’t use more than 4 sprays in each nostril in a 24-hour period. Astepro is administered in one of two ways for adults and adolescents age 12 and older. One option is spraying 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. Another option is spraying 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril twice daily. Kids ages 6 to 11 should receive a lower dosage of Astepro — no more than 1 spray in each nostril twice daily. Kids age 5 and younger shouldn’t use Astepro at all.
