Experience
Mandy Armitage, MD, has combined clinical medicine with her passion for education and content development for many years. She served as medical director for the health technology companies HealthLoop (now Get Well) and Doximity. She has also worked as a freelance writer and coach for other clinicians in their writing aspirations.
Education
Dr. Armitage completed a bachelor’s degree in science with honors at Purdue University and received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed physical medicine and rehabilitation residency training at Carolinas Medical Center and a sports medicine fellowship at Emory Healthcare before practicing clinically as a musculoskeletal medicine specialist.
