Staci Gulbin, MS, MEd, RDN, is a registered dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She has been working in the nutrition and dietetics field since 2008. She has worked in areas such as nutrition research (USDA Food Surveys Research Group), bariatric nutrition, long-term care nutrition, medical weight loss, and clinical nutrition. She has also been a freelance health writer, meal planner, and copywriter for nearly a decade alongside her work as a registered dietitian.
Staci has published two cookbooks: “The High-Protein Bariatric Cookbook'' and “The Healthy Bariatric Smoothies Recipe Book.” She has also been featured as a nutrition expert on online publications such as Health.com, Shape.com, MyFitnessPal, Womenhood.se, and EatThisNotThat, to name a few.
Staci completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University. She has a Master of Science in biology from New York University, a Master of Education in nutrition and education from Teachers College of Columbia University, and a Master of Science in human nutrition from the Institute of Human Nutrition at Columbia University.
