Director of nutrition services at Amwell Medical Group (AMG)
Registered dietitian (RD) for almost 20 years with expertise in weight management, chronic conditions, disordered eating and body image
Passionate about helping people develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies through virtual care
I became a registered dietitian to help people understand the critical role of diet in preventing chronic conditions like heart disease and diabetes. However, my patients often tell me they are overwhelmed and confused by all the online nutrition and diet advice. My goal as a registered dietitian and writer for GoodRx is to provide readers with accurate, evidence-based information that they can trust and that makes sense.
