A native of Saginaw, Michigan, Dr. Bernadette earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She completed a master's degree in public health at the University of California, Berkeley, and a doctorate of medicine from the Medical College of Ohio. She continued her clinical studies at the Mount Carmel Family Medicine Residency Program in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Bernadette is the creator of Life in Harmony, an innovative, intentional, and action-oriented approach to well-being. She has devoted much of her time to developing, teaching, and educating people on the principles of health and lifestyle medicine. Currently, Dr. Bernadette is a family medicine physician and the co-owner of Faith Family Health.
