Amanda Brooks is passionate about healthcare equality and researching healthcare systems, policy, and clinical data.
Previously, Amanda handled several different clinical sites in the U.S. and multiple clinical trial programs for major pharmaceutical companies. Before earning her master’s degree, she built her career in research, medical diagnostic testing, and pharmaceutical drug manufacturing. During this time, she advanced research on a new HIV treatment. Her research has been peer-reviewed and published in Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi and a Master of Public Health degree from Oxford Brookes University.
