After a long year, many people want to relax and celebrate when the holidays come around. The problem is that it’s easy to get a little carried away when it comes to drinking. Typically men should have no more than two drinks a night, and women should limit themselves to one drink a night. Binge drinking is considered four to five drinks in one sitting. This holiday season, protect yourself and others by practicing safe drinking.
