Typical dosage for Vumerity
The typical starting dose is 231 mg by mouth twice a day for 7 days. Then, your prescriber will raise the dose to 462 mg twice a day.
If you have bothersome side effects, your prescriber might temporarily lower your dose. Once your side effects get better, you'll go back to the usual maintenance dose within 1 month.
