Each capsule contains 25 mg of vitamin E, 220 mg of DHA, 25 mg of bilberry, 5 mg of lutein, 5 mg of meso-zeaxanthin, 3mg of astaxanthin, and 1 mg zeaxanthin.
The typical dose is to take 1 capsule by mouth twice daily with a meal.
