Common Side Effects

  • Eye irritation
  • Eye redness
  • Itching
  • Swelling

Neomycin/Polymyxin B/Gramicidin serious side effects

Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.

  • Allergic reaction: skin rash (hives), itching, eye redness, swelling of eyes, shortness of breath

Itching, rash, redness, swelling, or other sign of irritation in or around the eye not present before use of this medicine
