The typical dose is 1 tablet by mouth once daily.
Each tablet of Femhrt and Fyavolv contains 2.5 mcg of ethinyl estradiol and 1 mg of norethindrone. A higher strength with tablets containing 5 mcg of ethinyl estradiol and 1 mg of norethindrone is available for brands Fyavolv and Jinteli.
