- This multivitamin can cause diarrhea or a body rash. These effects are typically mild and tend to go away on their own. If they don't go away over time, talk with your provider because you may need to stop this medication.
- In general, it's very important to avoid alcohol if you're pregnant because alcohol can cause serious harm to your pregnancy and your unborn baby. Alcohol can also make EnBrace HR not work as well for you.
- EnBrace HR interacts with a common gout medication called colchicine (Colcrys). Make sure to tell your provider about all the medications you take before starting EnBrace HR. They may recommend another anti-gout medication for you to take in the meantime.

EnBrace HR contains folic acid, which can sometimes mask a condition called pernicious anemia, or anemia due to low vitamin B12 levels. If you have a history of low vitamin B12 levels, tell your healthcare provider so they know to monitor your blood counts and blood levels of folic acid and vitamin B12 more closely.
