Postpartum hair loss is a symptom many people experience after childbirth. It stems from the shifting of hormones after delivery, and it can last for months. The hormonal changes are unavoidable, but there are other ways to help minimize hair shedding.

Remember that postpartum hair loss is only temporary. While it can feel like a long few months, eventually your hair will likely return to its prepartum growing patterns.
