When it comes to managing her Type 2 diabetes, Nikki Nurse knows that it’s important to stay organized.

One of her favorite ways to do so is by using a pill box to organize her medications. With a space for each day of the week, she can keep track of her diabetes medications, vitamins, and supplements with ease. Each day, she pours out her pills into a container to swallow with some water.

“Managing diabetes can be very daunting, but it’s important to remember to find systems that will work for you,” she says.
