Qlosi (pilocarpine) 0.4% is an FDA-approved eye drop used to treat presbyopia (age-related vision changes) in adults. It works as a cholinergic agonist to help improve near vision. Qlosi (pilocarpine) comes in preservative-free, single-use vials. You place 1 drop into each eye once or twice daily, as directed by your prescriber. With each drop, near vision can start to improve in about 20 to 30 minutes and can last up to 8 hours. Side effects can include brief stinging when the drop is placed in the eye, temporary blurry vision, and headache.
