To be eligible, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Have commercial insurance
Have a valid prescription consistent with an FDA-approved use of the medication
You’re not eligible for the copay savings program if you have Medicare or Medicaid. The same is true if you’re enrolled in any other federal- or state-funded healthcare program, including a State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program or the Government Health Insurance Plan in Puerto Rico.
Although the program expires every December 31, you can reenroll each year if you continue to meet the qualifications.
3. Look into the Bimzelx Navigate Bridge program
You can apply for the Bimzelx Navigate Bridge program if you have commercial insurance and your plan denies or delays coverage. With this program, you’ll pay $15 per dose for the medication. This offer lasts for up to 2 years or until your insurance approves coverage, whichever happens first.
To qualify, you must:
Be 18 years or older
Have commercial insurance and a valid prescription for Bimzelx
Have submitted a prior authorization request to your insurance
For you to stay enrolled in the program, your prescriber must appeal any insurance denial within 60 days. If coverage is still not approved, they’ll need to resubmit the prior authorization request or other required paperwork every 6 months.
You can’t participate in the program if your insurance already covers Bimzelx or if you pay cash for the medication and don’t use insurance. You’re also not eligible if you have Medicare, Medicaid, or benefits through any other government-funded healthcare program. This includes a State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program or the Government Health Insurance Plan in Puerto Rico.

We obtained national prescription coverage data for each medication from Managed Markets Insight & Technology (MMIT). The data reflects health insurance coverage as of September 2025.
We calculated the percentage of enrollees in plans that cover each medication by dividing the number of enrollees covered for the medication within a specific insurance channel (e.g., ACA, Medicare, Medicaid) by the total number of enrollees in all plans within that channel.
We determined the percentage of enrollees in plans with a prior authorization requirement by calculating the proportion of enrollees in plans that required prior authorization for the medication within each channel.
Finally, we measured the percentage of enrollees in plans with a step therapy requirement by calculating the proportion of enrollees in plans that imposed step therapy requirements for the medication in each channel.
These estimates, derived from national MMIT coverage data, provide insight into health insurance coverage for each medication. They take into account restrictions such as prior authorization, step therapy, and quantity limits. The percentages are expressed relative to the total number of enrollees covered by various insurance channels, including ACA plans, commercial (excluding ACA) plans, Medicare, and Medicaid (both state-run and managed care plans).
