Is it bad to take albuterol every day?
It's not recommended to use albuterol too often. Excessive use of albuterol may be a sign that your asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) isn't being treated properly. When symptoms of these conditions are well controlled, albuterol typically only needs to be used occasionally to relieve breathing symptoms (or to provide pre-exercise support). The typical albuterol dosage is 2 inhalations by mouth every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Using it more frequently than prescribed can raise the risk of side effects. View original source
