Short-term relief of allergy symptoms (e.g., runny nose; sneezing; itching of the nose or throat; itchy, watery eyes)
Ala-Hist IR (dexbrompheniramine) is an antihistamine. It blocks histamine, a natural chemical in your body that causes inflammation and other symptoms like itching and runny nose when exposed to allergens.
