Award-winning news and consumer health reporter for 22 years
Writer, researcher, and blogger for pioneering, early-stage Internet companies specializing in online search technologies, social media monitoring, and analytics
Mother and grandmother who prefers that people make the best decisions by relying on as much credible information as possible
I come from a family of women educators, and I've always considered my skills as a reporter, writer, researcher, and editor as my way of educating people about life and living as well as possible. People need accurate, trusted, well-rounded information to weigh all options and make key decisions about how they live, survive, and thrive. Because I've been a science nerd since elementary school, my freelance writing focuses primarily on consumer health and healthcare.
