Sonja Jacobsen, PharmD, BCPS, BCOP, is a clinical oncology pharmacy specialist currently practicing in Seattle. She has been practicing as a pharmacist since 2015 and is licensed to practice in Washington state and North Carolina. After completing 2 years of pharmacy practice residency, she worked in outpatient oncology and bone marrow transplant. She also precepts pharmacy students and residents at her practice sites.
Sonja received her Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Maryland. She received her Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) from Wingate University School of Pharmacy. She completed her postgraduate year 1 (PGY1) acute care pharmacy residency at Cone Health and her postgraduate year 2 (PGY2) oncology pharmacy residency at Cone Health Cancer Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
