Experience
Jennifer Arnouville, DO, FAAFP, has been a practicing physician since 2010. For the first 12 years of her career, Arnouville had a primary care geriatrics practice. She is currently the associate regional medical director for WellMed, a division of Optum. In her current role, she works with health systems to improve the health outcomes for people enrolled in Medicare Advantage health plans. Dr. Arnouville also serves as faculty for the TCU Burnett School of Medicine and the internal medicine residency program at Texas Health Resources’ Harris Methodist Hospital — both in Fort Worth, Texas. She still practices medicine through volunteer work with the Mercy Clinic in Fort Worth, providing free medical care to the uninsured.
Education
Dr. Arnouville received a bachelor’s degree in animal sciences at Louisiana Tech University and a doctorate in osteopathic medicine at University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. She then completed an internship and residency in family medicine at Methodist Charlton Medical Center and fellowship in geriatric medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
