If you have high cholesterol, your doctor may recommend some changes for a heart-healthy diet. This may include reducing your intake of foods high in saturated fats, which includes cheese. 

There are some foods that may be just as good without the cheese (try guacamole instead of cheese on your tacos, for example). When cheese is a must, here are tips to enjoy cheese in ways that are better for your heart.
