Trelegy Ellipta (
fluticasone/umeclidinium/vilanterol) is a combination of 3 medicines and is used to treat
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (
COPD) and
asthma. Do not use this drug combination for acute COPD attacks or bronchospasm. The most common form of Trelegy is a 100mcg/62.5mcg/25mcg inhaler. There are currently no generic alternatives for Trelegy Ellipta. It is covered by some Medicare and insurance plans, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices may be lower.
