About Trelegy Ellipta

Trelegy Ellipta (fluticasone/umeclidinium/vilanterol) is a combination of 3 medicines and is used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma. Do not use this drug combination for acute COPD attacks or bronchospasm. The most common form of Trelegy is a 100mcg/62.5mcg/25mcg inhaler. There are currently no generic alternatives for Trelegy Ellipta. It is covered by some Medicare and insurance plans, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices may be lower.
