Rezzayo (rezafungin) is an injectable medication used to treat serious infections caused by a fungus called Candida. It's typically injected into the veins by a trained healthcare provider once a week. Some of the most common side effects of Rezzayo (rezafungin) include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. This medication can also cause your skin to become more sensitive to sunlight.

Rezzayo (rezafungin) is an antifungal. It kills the fungus by preventing it from making its protective outer covering.
