Inject Zepbound® KwikPen® single-patient-use subcutaneously (right into the layer of fat under the skin) in the stomach, thigh, or the back of your upper arm. If you choose your stomach, make sure to inject at least 2 inches away from your belly button. If you choose your thigh, aim for the outer side of your middle thigh. If you choose your upper arm, have someone help you inject it at least 3 inches above the elbow and below the shoulder. Rotate injection sites with each injection to help prevent irritation and injection site reactions. Never inject into a muscle or vein.
