Aluminum Hydroxide/Magnesium Hydroxide/Simethicone serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Too much magnesium: flushed skin, nausea or vomiting, weak muscles
- Too much aluminum: weakness, tremor, speech problems, bone pain, seizures
