Zach Gossman is a registered dietitian in New York City. After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in biology, Zach pursued neuroscience research at the Cleveland Clinic, studying the cellular/molecular events involved in glial cell development.
During his time in clinical and laboratory research, he discovered the key role nutrition plays in chronic disease prevention and treatment. Feeling passionately about how nutrition impacts chronic disease and overall health, he pursued his graduate degree at New York University.
He graduated with a master’s in clinical nutrition and currently works with oncology patients optimizing their nutritional status.
