Experience

Windy Watt, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 30 years of experience. She has an extensive background in critical care, internal medicine, family practice, and urgent care. She has also independently owned and operated a medical practice.

Dr. Watt is a member of the American Nurses Association, the Indiana State Nurses Association, and the Coalition of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Indiana. 

She serves as a captain in the Indiana Guard Reserve as the third brigade medical officer and has served as the vice president of the board of directors for the Putnam County Operation Life, a nonprofit provider of county emergency medical services. She is also an adjunct faculty member of the University of Indianapolis' Master of Science in nursing program.

Education

Dr. Watt received a diploma in registered nursing from Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Jacksonville University, a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Indianapolis, and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Frontier Nursing University.
