Stefan Balan, MD

, EMBA, is the Chief of Oncology and Hematology at Winchester Hospital, Beth Israel Lahey Clinic. He was formerly an oncologist at RWJBarnabas Health in Jersey City, NJ. He completed his medical internship, residency, fellowship, at New York University and became an assistant professor and medical director there.

Dr. Balan received his medical degree from the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy and his executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
