Sparsha S. Reddy, MD, is a physician with a strong interest in mental health and medical education. She is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
After completing her graduate medical training, Dr. Reddy’s lifelong love of learning and teaching inspired her to become a clinician educator. Dr. Reddy has been an instructor in psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and an adjunct instructor in psychiatry at Boston University School of Medicine. She has also served as the site director for several graduate medical training programs affiliated with major teaching institutions, including Harvard Medical School and Boston University School of Medicine.
Dr. Reddy is an award-winning medical educator who has published psychiatry and medical education articles and presented at national psychiatry conferences.
She currently works as a telehealth psychiatrist, providing both psychotherapy and medication management. As a GoodRx medical contributor, she hopes to increase the general public’s access to reliable and evidence-based medical information.
Dr. Reddy trained at the General Psychiatry Residency Program of The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, where she also served as a chief resident. She went on to complete her Consultation-Liaison Fellowship training at Harvard Medical School.
