Shaun Hui, RD, CDN, CDCES (he/they)is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist based out of New York City with over 4 years of experience. Currently, he provides individual and group nutrition counseling at an outpatient HIV practice. Previously, Shaun was a clinical dietitian at Staten Island University Hospital, covering medical/surgical and critical care units.
Shaun is also a member and mentor at Diversify Dietetics, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing racial and ethnic diversity in the nutrition field.
Shaun completed his dietetic internship at Keene State College and received his Bachelor of Science in dietetics at Rutgers University-New Brunswick. Shaun will be attending CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy this fall to earn his master's degree in public health.
