Sarah Koller, MD, MS, is board-certified in general surgery and colorectal surgery. She is currently on faculty at the University of Southern California as an assistant professor of surgery. Dr. Koller is also a member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons and has published several articles in peer-reviewed publications.
Dr. Koller earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Villanova University and a medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed a general surgery residency at Temple University Hospital, during which time she also earned a Master of Science in clinical research. She has investigated ways to reduce postoperative complications after colorectal surgery, published in several peer-reviewed journals, and presented at national conferences. Dr. Koller completed fellowship training in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Southern California.
