Peter DeMarco, MD, is a primary care provider at Columbia Primary Care and is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He focuses in preventive medicine, emotional and mental well-being, travel/international medicine, musculoskeletal concerns, and care of chronic conditions — especially COVID and post-COVID care. Dr. DeMarco is also a Digital Health Executive Committee member, works with the Weinberg Family Cerebral Palsy Center, and is passionate about medical education.
Dr. DeMarco received his medical degree at Loyola University of Chicago in its Global Health Honors Program, traveling for rotations in Ecuador and Bolivia. He also completed residency and served as chief resident in family medicine at the University of Maryland.
