Nilasha Ghosh, MD, MS, is a board-certified Rheumatologist who specializes in autoimmune diseases, inflammatory arthritis, and musculoskeletal medicine. She is also board certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Ghosh has a strong interest in education — both medical education for future trainees and patient education. In fact, she has developed and reviewed curricula in both fields. She is also an assistant professor and attending at the Hospital for Special Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College.

In 2021, she was awarded the American College of Rheumatology Distinguished Fellow Award. And throughout her career, she has published several articles within her field of expertise.

Education

Nilasha Ghosh, MD, MS, earned her bachelor’s degree in human biology from Stanford University and her master’s degree in clinical and translational research from Weill Cornell Medical College. Afterward, she received her medical degree from University of California, Irvine (UCI).

She then completed her internal medicine residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University of Chicago and her fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.
