Nicole Lepsch, MSN, FNP, has been a nurse practitioner for over 20 years. She has a degree in English from William and Mary college and worked as a science writer and editor before studying to be a nurse practitioner at Vanderbilt University. She’s been working in plastic surgery for more than 15 years, specializing in breast reduction, breast and other cancer reconstructions, and body contouring in general. She loves making the surgical experience less frightening and more understandable for her patients. 

When not at work, Nicole can be found running, reading, or gardening at her home in Virginia.
