Michel Ballard is the vice president of strategy and operations at GoodRx, where she leads content and research as well as strategic initiatives across the organization. Throughout her career, Ballard has focused on building and scaling digital media businesses — both within established enterprises and fast-paced startup environments.
With a deep passion for health, much of her work in digital media has centered on helping people make more informed healthcare decisions. She has led and collaborated with talented teams of digital innovators at organizations such as Red Ventures, Condé Nast, NPR, and Everyday Health.
She holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BA in political science and French from Wellesley College.
