Margot is the founder and CEO of The Word Factory, a content marketing agency in Carrboro, North Carolina. She is a frequent guest lecturer for universities and a regular workshop leader at the National High School Journalism Convention. Her popular writing seminar, "The Power of Your Ideas,” has been presented more than 100 times at national and regional conferences, board retreats, and professional development programs.
