Dr. Khadijah Booth Watkins is the Associate Director of The Clay Center for Young Healthy Minds, and was previously the Associate Training Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Training Program at Mass General for Children. She was previously an assistant professor of psychiatry in the division of child and adolescent psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine and an assistant attending psychiatrist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. She also served on the Executive Board of Directors at the New York Council Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the Board of Trustees at The Floating Hospital, providing accessible healthcare to New York City's homeless population through shelters and domestic violence safe houses.

Dr. Watkins received her master's degree of Public Health in Health Policy and Management at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, her medical degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, and her bachelor's degree of science in biology and chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana.
