— Kelsey Costa, MS, RDN
Kelsey Costa, MS, RDN, entered the field under a decade ago and quickly became a distinguished registered dietitian nutritionist. Recognized for her expertise, she's earned a reputation as a trusted authority in nutrition and wellness.
She began her nutrition career as an undergraduate research assistant with Framingham State University and Boston Children’s Hospital, where she contributed to the FB4 Weight Loss Diet Study. Next, after completing supervised dietetic practice and credentialing as a dietitian, she launched an online private practice, where she coached individuals on nutrition, healthy lifestyle changes, and chronic condition management.
In 2023, she rebranded as Nutrition Insights LLC, shifting from individual clients to broader health advocacy. Through nutrition communications, content creation, and consulting, she now serves several prominent health industry clients. Kelsey also founded Dietitian Insights, a collaborative initiative offering community, growth, and support to entrepreneurial dietitians. Together, they produce valuable resources for practitioners and the public while individually offering industry consulting, private nutrition counseling, and more.
