She creates, films and edits content for her YouTube channel, which serves as a hub for anyone seeking sustainable healthy habits. Katie's goal through her videos is to be a down-to-earth, empowering voice in the nutrition community, to simplify the path to a healthy eating, without resorting to restrictive diets.
Katie now continues to contribute to the online education space by crafting articles for GoodRx's health and nutrition blog. Katie Horrell received a science in dietetics bachelor’s degree from Fontbonne University, and completed her master’s degree in science nutrition and dietetics at Eastern Illinois University. Horrell completed a dietetic internship at the Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. She’s also an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, a Precision Nutrition certified health coach, and a YogaRenew certified yoga instructor.
