Karen Asp, MA, is an ACE-certified personal trainer and group fitness trainer and certified vegan lifestyle coach and educator through Main Street Vegan Academy. She is also certified in plant-based nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
For over 20 years, she has worked as a freelance journalist specializing in fitness, health, nutrition, travel, and animals. Her award-winning work has been published in leading magazines like O, Martha Stewart Living, Real Simple, Vegetarian Times, Oxygen, Clean Eating, Prevention, Eating Well, Forks Over Knives, Health, Women's Health, Yoga Journal, Good Housekeeping, SELF, Shape, Men's Journal, and more.
