Jerrica Kirkley, MD, is chief medical officer and co-founder of Plume, the first digital health company dedicated to the transgender community that provides gender-affirming hormone therapy at the convenience of a smartphone.

Dr. Kirkley completed medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her family medicine residency at the University of Colorado. She has taught widely on gender-affirming care across academic institutions and large clinic systems. Dr. Kirkley is a lifelong social justice and trans rights advocate.
