Jennifer Gershman, PharmD, is a licensed pharmacist in Florida. She has worked in the pharmacy industry for more than 15 years and is currently a medical writer. In addition to GoodRx, Jennifer also writes for Pharmacy Times and Drug Topics. Jennifer has experience in academia where she managed a drug information center and served as a faculty member at Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy. Jennifer is an active member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
Jennifer has published research in various peer-reviewed journals, such as the “American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy” and the “Annals of Pharmacotherapy.” She also received special recognition for her collaboration with the Broward County Sheriff's Office of Florida for her work with Operation Medicine Cabinet, a prescription drug take-back program.
Jennifer received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy in Florida. After graduation, she completed a drug information residency at NSU College of Pharmacy. During the residency, Jennifer performed research and taught pharmacy classes.
