Experience

Jennifer Clements, MD, MSEd, NBHWC, is a board-certified physician and health coach who is passionate about achieving optimal health through healthy lifestyles. Clements is a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and the American Board of Integrative Medicine. She is also a Duke University-trained health and well-being coach. Her current interest is in the expansion of healthcare and telemedicine.

Education

Clements received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Education in exercise science at the University of Kansas, and her medical doctorate at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. 

She completed an emergency medicine residency at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, in 2013, and was previously an attending physician for the Cleveland Clinic and at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. She completed a fellowship in integrative medicine with the University of Arizona, Tucson and became board certified in obesity medicine in 2021 and integrative medicine in 2023.
