Heather Summe, MD, is a dermatologist in New York City. Dr. Summe is the Chief of the Division of Dermatology at Lenox Hill Hospital. She is also an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. She performed her internship in Internal Medicine at St. Luke s-Roosevelt Hospital, was chief resident in dermatology at the University of Massachusetts, and finished an additional year of bariatric surgery and diabetes research at Columbia's Obesity Research Center.

Dr. Summe received her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, her master's degree in nutrition science from Columbia University, and her bachelor's degree of science from Georgetown University.
