Erika Krull, MSEd, LMHP, is an experienced mental health counselor and freelance writer. She’s practiced in her community with in-home family therapy and emergency mental health evaluations. Erika began her writing career in 2008 by writing continuing education materials and blogging. She now creates consumer content pieces for behavioral health companies in the U.S. and Europe.

Erika has a bachelor of science in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master’s degree in community counseling from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. She enjoys gardening, daily walks with her dog, and experimenting with new recipes.
