Dr. Cynthia E. Armand is a Neurologist and Headache Specialist at Montefiore Headache Center in New York City. She is the current chair of the AHS Headache Special Interest's Underserved Populations, serves on the membership committee, and a curriculum developer for their Resident Education Program.

Dr. Armand received her medical degree from The Connecticut University School of Medicine and her bachelor's degree in neuroscience and behavior from Wesleyan University.
