Courtney Jones has more than 10 years of experience writing for a variety of media brands, with particular expertise in consumer advice. She began her career as an editor for a small luxury lifestyle magazine in New Jersey and moved on to become an online editor at U.S. News & World Report, where she wrote about consumer car-buying advice. Currently, she works as a senior writer for a U.S. Navy publication. 

Courtney is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists, the National Press Club, and the American Society of Journalists and Authors.

Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.
