Dr. Kemp is an accomplished board-certified physician with over 25 years of clinical experience. She completed medical school and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology in Cincinnati, Ohio. She then pursued fellowship training in maternal fetal medicine (high risk obstetrics) as well as her master’s degree in public health at the University of Illinois.
Dr. Kemp is a well-published scientific author and was one of the key players in the development and roll-out of the state-mandated Obstetrical Hemorrhage Education Project in Illinois. Dr. Kemp lives in Chicago, where she works as an associate medical director in healthcare utilization management.
